GREAT Cameras. The POE cameras connect to Apple HomeKit flawlessly. I have the Apple's "AppleOne" subscription so keeping all of the camera footage online available to all of my devices works great.Setup is a breeze in the Aqara app for the firmware updates too. Installation is super easy too. You can mount them right side up or upside down. I would like for it to be possible to mount them on a 90° for easier installations though. This camera provides very clear video and works seamlessly in Apple Homekit providing Homekit Secure Video. I also like the wide angle that the camera captures. Setup was straighforward. It did lose its connection and I encountered a problem getting it back online. I had to plug it directly into my main router in order to set it back up (same as during the initial install). I don't quite understand that quirk, but it's back online and I am very pleased with it.

I do wanted to like this camera, but most of the camera features are behind a paywall. For a wired camera, Aqara should have given us the ability to record 24/7 and to be able to download the videos without having to pay for a subscription - this is unacceptable!!!! If you have a NAS (network area storage) or willing to purchase a NAS, then you can record 24/7 via RTSP, but not everyone has a NAS nor wants to make such an investment for a camera that is also a smart home hub. I really like this camera. I wanted a POE camera that was homekit compatible and this is it. It just works and I have been very happy with it. Motion detection might be too good, picture quality seems to be excellent and I really like the night vision on it (It looks a lot like day). I think the value of this is great, I picked it up on a sale and would definitely get another one.
