This is a great game! We have played it so many times since we got it. Our 10 year old loves it. Our 8 year old somewhat grasps it but it is a littler harder for her. For age range, I’d say it is a game for 10 year olds and up. It is pretty easy to understand and set up. Each game has its unique based on the strategy and what cards are picked so it feels like you are playing a new game every time. The game fits well on a table. Great strategy game to play for up to 5 players! It’s got very simple rules and you can playing within 10-15 mins. I love that I can also play it with my parents too who don’t speak english (the instructions are in english but I can easily translate them for them and the board and cards don’t have any english words, just location names, which is great!). My box came with a bit of damage on one of its corners as seen in the picture but everything else is fine (bought from amazon.com for those wondering). I highly recommend it!

I picked up the Ticket to Ride Board Game and it’s been a hit every time we bring it out. It’s one of those games that’s super easy to learn, but still gives you a lot of strategy once you get into it.What I like most is how it works for pretty much any group—whether you’re playing with family or a group of friends, everyone can pick it up quickly and stay engaged. This is a fantastic family game! I would say to play maybe 7year old or higher thinking level. It’s a bit expensive but I got it on a sale and was definitely worth the cost for the fun. Every time you play will be slightly different strategy so I don’t think we’ll get bored playing. It’s also fairly easy to understand the directions and enough parts to key it interesting but not so many to be confusing.

This is such a fun game. We love to play with our friends and family and highly recommend it. There's strategy as well as luck involved.

Finally bit the bullet and joined the Ticket to Ride gamers. Really fun game for the family. It's easy to learn and you even get to learn some geography. We wish the game had some cut-throat elements, but I guess the makers wanted to make a game that's family friendly and didn't stir up any heated arguments (like Catan). We're still beginners to the game so we're slow, but I can see even with a few games under our belt, game play does go faster. Great educational and strategy game!
