I heard so many people raving about this game, I couldn't resist I love that it can be played solo or up to four people. There are times I want to play games but my family isn't interested at that moment. So, I really appreciate the solo mode. The game is beautiful and great quality. It's replayable with so many different cards to use. It involves some strategy and some luck - hoping the right tokens come out of the bag that will help with the cards you have chosen to build. I strongly recommend this.

Harmonies is a beautiful, thinky little puzzle that’s quickly become a favorite at my table. The production is outstanding—the art is warm and inviting, and the way the wooden pieces stack into a 3D landscape makes the board look fantastic by the end of the game. Harmonies does not look like my type of board game.The cover art doesn’t particularly appeal to me. I’m not the world’s biggest fan of nature. But there has been a hype around this particular game, and as such, when I saw a reasonable sale, I picked it up, and man, am I glad I did.Simple enough to easily understand, and complex enough to not be boring, this game is the perfect light/medium game. You collect stones. You place stones. You score points based on the placement. And if you place them correctly enough, you can build a habitat for any of the various creature cards in the game.The artw

I got this game based on all the great reviews and the initial synopsis I read about it. It’s so much more than I expected. It’s definitely in my top 3 board games. It can get a bit competitive but not so much that it makes it not fun. There is luck and strategy involved and I think that’s what makes it so entertaining and engaging even for adults. My 6 year old is even grasping the mechanics of this game and starting to play with us. So if you have a little that picks up on games easily this could be THE family game for you! Such a great game! The art is beautiful, the packaging is designed really well so pieces don’t fall around while it’s stored, and the pieces are really good quality. The rules are simple so it’s easy to learn quickly and there are three levels of difficulty so there’s a lot of replay value. We played it over 10 times the first week we had it. Definitely earned its super high rating on boardgamegeek. When it’s on sale it’s a fantastic buy!

Product came without a plastic shrink wrap but the box was sealed with two circle tape on two edges. Cards were still sealed. Everything seems to be complete. Game was easy to learn and fast paced for a solo game as well. Struggled a bit with scoring as it gets complicated with all the patterns and conditions. Card artwork is vivid and very pretty. Perfect for both cozy and competitive gamers.

I’m a huge fan of Cascadia and Azul, so I had high hopes for this, and it did not disappoint. It’s one of those rare games that looks like a piece of art on the table but actually makes your brain work. I love that you’re building "up" with the little wooden pieces to create mountains and trees; it’s much more satisfying than just laying flat tiles. It feels very "zen" and peaceful while you're playing, but there is definitely some real strategy involved in trying to attract the right animals to your board. I love this game so much! The entire family can play it. The pieces are very heavy cardboard - well made. The resource pieces are painted wood. All of the parts fit so well into the box for storage. The game is straight forward and can be learned quickly. There is enough element of chance to shake up the play a bit so the over planners wont always win. There is also plenty of strategy so play feels purposeful. The game can be leveled up 2 different ways after mastering the basics. What looks like complicated scoring turned put to be very simple thanks to the design of the score cards.
