    Great customer service

    Edit: what I wrote below is true, but I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new one very quick. Very god and responsive customer service!We bought this on 8/1/25 on 12/28 it quit working. In that time the computer was used more than 20 times and just after Christmas, when we built the computer for my son’s Christmas gift, it quit working.

    Ok, but I was obviously pulled from another build.

    Ok board, but it was absolutely pulled out of a previous build. There were small scratches when you would screw into the case stand offs. Not the end of the world, but I would not have paid 150 dollars if I knew it was a used part.

    Excellent price performance ratio

    I upgraded my asus h97m plus board, Ram gskill to 16gigas of 1600mhz and core i7 4770k processor.The h570m plus board I mounted a Core i5 11400 with 16 gig Ram at 3200mhz corsair.PC performance increased 40%. The programs work more fluid, the system startup is immediate.The best of all was that when the ssd m.2 samsung EVO 970 passed there was no need to format because windows updated everything immediately.Now I can work my graphic design programs faster. The computer is ready for windows 11.

    The io plate needs to be cut a little better

    The motherboard was great 😁 it was in very good condition not a speck of dust on it at all everything worked perfectly the only problem I had was the io plate was not cut very well I had to cut the whole for the top USB port so I could use the port but other than that for a used motherboard it's working very well
