    Sew amazing

    This sewing machine was gifted to me as a beginning sewer and I find it fairly easy to use. It is easy to thread the bobbin and change the needle. As a beginner I would say the only minor difficulty is that you have to control the speed of the pedal because there isn't a setting to make it go slower so that does take some finesse. The instruction manual is helpful and has gotten me out of a pinch several times. Worth the money overall!

    Bernina's are the best quality

    Give up the singer or brothers unless you just want to mend, this one has a needle threader and more expensive Bernina's you never have to adjust with the tension ever. I do sew but for the price and getting back into is a great start. My best friend is a professional quilter and she recommended this one. Love it.

    Be careful with voltage

    the sewing machine has 125V which is very low and our house has 250V on the plugs. I plugged it in once and it tripped a circuit breaker in the house
