Great for Beginning Sewers Two Speeds
Love this machine. I am a costume designer and my 10 year old granddaughter wanted to learn how to sew. It has two speed. You can’t it starting slow and then move button on machine to go faster. It is so wonderful to gain confidence in their sewing. It is computerized and set stitch by look at chart book kept on machine no guess work. There is a shut off button on machine also. The quality of the stitch is beautiful. Drop in top bobbin no fussing. Quiet machine and I added a finger guard to keep her safe. Comes with feet and some tools. Great value nicely made machine.

Bernette b37 - a good little sewing machine
I bought the "used, open box with new machine" at a very good discount. I was thrilled when I received it - until I opened the box and found NO ACCESSORIES! The machine, power cord and foot control were included but I could not get Amazon to "talk to me" about sending me the missing accessories. I did try out the machine while I had it and found it an easy machine to use and heavy enough to not bounce around when sewing at medium to heavy speeds. I wanted to keep the machine - but then I noticed a broken piece of the plastic casing so I had to return the machine. I could not find another open

This model is flawless in execution, has all the little extras (built-in thread cutter and additional foot) and is lovely to use and look at. Disappointed in this machine
I bought this to replace a Janome that broke down on me with similar features. This machine is nice, but cannot handle heavier fabrics like fleece and denim. Even with a needle change, this machine just did not like going through the heavier fabrics. Sent it back.
