Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Poolin EOC 2720 is the newest addition to my sewing room. I have the Poolin EOC05 Embroidery machine and the Poolin EOC565 Sewing machine. The EOC2720 will be replacing a Singer machine and a Bernina Machine that I inherited from my grandma; who was an avid quilter. I've been very impressed with Poolin EOCO2 sewing machine.Stitches are even and beautiful! I've already completed 2 quillows with this machine! It went over quilt sandwich with no problem. I did have a issue with using 100% cotton thread but I think I need to change needles or its the thread. I used poly/cotton blend threads with no problem. The only negative is I do wish a walking foot would have been included since this is a quilting featured machine. Custom service was quick and through. I should have returned it but I thought it would work out. It is not a heavy duty machine. I quilt and this machine has trouble sewing through 3 layers of fabric. And forget trying to do the binding! It stops often.I like the adjustable speed feature, the stitches look great, but the zigzag feature screws up alot . Machine does not advance so you have compounded stitches on on top of the other.Needles break and thread unthreads itself from needle.Very disappointed

This the best sewing machine I’ve used so far. I have used it for a couple of weeks now it’s great. It so easy to setup and and sewing is so smooth with no hiccups. I have a pfaff sewing machine it’s good but it’s a pain to setup and it’s easy to mess up if everything is not perfect. So bought this to try something different. It’s been great and for the price it’s great buy.

Don’t buy it! Do not buy it! It’s cute, light, and full of possibilities, but was missing some critical but small things, like a spool pin and spool cap. I thought no big deal, I can just order a universal replacement- nope! I’ve spent so much money trying, and none fit. I’ve also reached out to the manufacturer, provided video, and asked for help. I reached out and told them my struggles, they asked for video, which I sent, and crickets. I would give this 5 stars if the bobbin opening wasn't plastic. It does work well but can have problems with thicker matierial and light weight seems to slide a bit when sewing. Otherwise it did everything I needed to finish my Christmas gnomes. I will keep it because it's does work well for most all things I do.
