As someone coming from single needle machines, I was a little nervous to jump to a 15-needle, but this machine made it so easy.Shipping was incredibly fast. I received it just 2 days after ordering. It was packaged very cleanly in a sturdy wooden crate and was easy to open. You just assemble the table and then put the machine on top. Truly plug and play.The needles already had thread in them, so you just tie your thread to them and gently pull it through, then thread the needles. The bobbin was already in place too. It even comes with the hat hoop on.It has a built-in design to check your need

Set up was easy, it's ready out the box. Have people ready because the box is huge. Quality good, value good. Durability its a commercial machine so good. It came with everything you need day one to run. Easy to understand

Amazing machine! The only issues I’ve had are when I’ve it the bobbin I the wrong way. Runs smoothly, love the upgraded hoops and the machine is GREAT for the money spent. Highly recommend.

I love my Poolin. It was a little learning curve, but with the help of customer in their Facebook group and other creators in the group. I am feeling more confident. This is my first time ever embroidering anything.

I was super on the fence about getting this machine, but so far it’s been a great experience. I purchased the machine on prime days because I was getting quite a few requests from customer to do hats. There’s a small learning curve going from a flatbed machine (I have a brother SE2000) to a multi needle, but easily overcome by YouTube videos and TikTok. There’s tech support has been great - they check in with me almost daily (I’m a terrible responder lol) and give advice/help me through any issues I have encountered (which have all been user error).

Received machine. Digging into the learning curve of setting up after 2 days got ready to go on and embroidery adventure. Plugged this baby up. Only got a green light on the unit and nothing else. Had to return this piece of disappointment. To add insult Poolin did not want to give a replacement. But Amazon was gracious in helping me resolve this issue

Im going to start off with the biggest problem I had the threading and tension process really PMO. I wasted a lot of thread trying to dial in the tension with new brotherhood 500M thread. It had zero issues with the richword though. After that dilemma, I was finally able to get to stitching. Coming from a flatbed Brother SE 700, This is a game changer. The jump stitches cutting themselves is a great perk. The stitching is a lot cleaner compared to the flatbed also. The speed is significantly faster, however, I have nothing to compare it to as far as multi needle, because my flatbed was only 1
