Awesome purchase for me
Purchased my machine and was immediately in love with it. The quality is great but ran into a hiccup with the software. I got in contact with customer service and they have been more than helpful with assisting me with my issue and have been there when I needed them and also checked to make sure what ever problem I'm having gets resolved. I would recommend to everyone if you are looking to make your own custom products. I honestly don't have anything negative to say thus far and ive had my machine for 1 year.
