Such an amazing machine! Helped a friend set up her Fuja 15 needle and seen how amazing it stitched out so I decided to try out this 10 needle and Worth. Every. Love this machine. I've never had an embroidery machine before this and decided to get this one for my business. I couldn't be happier. It took a little while to learn everything, (it's not super easy), but their service is top notch. I have someone that I communicate with on whats app at any hour of the day. They are super responsive and have been able to help me with every issue. They also have lots of videos available on youtube that teach you everything you need to know. So glad I bought it. I may just get another one in the future. It was a great value for the money.

I feel as if I've had a constant headache since this thing arrived. The guides are half useless for setup and even WORSE for troubleshooting. I've not been able to get any results. Nothing usable, eithwr broken thread or bird nesting. I've done everything I can except take the hook case off for maintenance. BECAUSE I CAN'T. How am I supposed to maintain a machine when I can't take off the part? Don't waste your time or money.

Still learning but I love my machine! I had it up and running in one week. I love the price and the embroidery output!! I had a few minor hiccups but thanks to great customer service all turned out well. I recommend this machine, just be patient in learning how to use it. I'm 70 years old and learned how to use it in one week.

I have has the machine for a couple of months now, and I have no regrets. For the price it was worth it. However, it wasn't easy to understand at first. I do recommend the following when you get this machine:1. Reach out the FUJA's customer serves and let them know what type of machine you have so they can give you all the information needed for this machine.2. Not every thread works well with the machine so keep that in mind3. I have 3 years embroidery experience and I have to say their machine is amazing! I’ve been knocking out orders especially applique orders left and right. Their customer service is top notch and they are always so quick to respond! They even like seeing the things you make with the machine which I like makes it more personal able. I will definitely be ordering my second machine with them. And they send you so much stuff with the machine parts etc. Definitely definitely set their customers up for success!

Listen to the others, contact their support. Its responsive (almost too responsive) and will really help you get past any hurdles.I was able to get stitching in progress within hours after setup. One hang up I think I had was the bobbin thread, watch the video... the clockwise installation into the holder that then goes into the machine seems to matter a lot.Already doing hats.

Would not buy again had for 1 week and the touch screen froze Amazon got the machine back and has held my refund when the embroidery machine is just sitting in there warehouse never will make a big purchase from Amazon ever again
