    Better than a combo machine.

    This machine does not come with cap driver as standard equipment, not a deal breaker. And if I wanted to do hats I would absolutely spend the extra $1000 or so dollars to do hats… That said it’s equipped very well for doing flats, probably more than, yon’ll ever need. Also despite being one color embroidered at a time, Also not a deal breaker. It’s fairly similar to my very old brother 9 needle industrial embroidery machines, in quality, functionality and reliability. However, This machine is not meant for medium to large production runs. still not a deal breaker. The big plus for me! IS THIS.

    Easy to Use

    loving this machine. im used to a Brother flat bed machine, so there was a learning curve on how to hoop things. I found that the Mighty Hoops work best and are super easy, so ordered those to go with it and that was a game changer! Being able to embroider on shirts, totes, sleeves, pants is so great. since is is made by Brother the interface is very familiar so that was easy to use. the most important thing is getting used to making sure the shirt is under the tube or you will embroider it closed! I put a post it note on my machine to remind me to check that the shirt is below the tube. Chang

    Excellent embroidery machine from a seller with exceptional customer service

    Love everything about this machine. Easy to thread and to change colors, just tie the threads together and pull through.Easy setup and flawless operation. This single needle machine has one free arm and can embroider everything I can throw at it.Highly recommend this machine and the seller: ishoptops. They worked with me when there was a shipping delay and went above and beyond to make it up to me, even though the fault was with UPS.

    I love love love this machine. At the beginning the thread was breaking all the time and had some tension issues but apparently after some used is fixed. I love this machine so very much

    piece of junk

    worst machine i ever bought. after spending thousands of dollars to buy this machine, its been in the shop several times in two years, at the cost of an additional 1500. I own 2 other machines ( Janome ,)and never have a problem. I very careful with my machines and maintain them weekly. . Even if i sell it i can never get nearly what it cost me to buy it or cost of repairs. I have very low hours on this lemon too.
