    Absolutely LOVE this machine!

    You definitely get what you pay for, as the saying goes but, WOW! This Brother Innov-ís sewing and embroidery machine is worth so much more and all you need for sewing and embroidery projects. The 6x10 hoop is a huge bonus for me! Brother is the only machine I will use. I have their coverstitich, serger, 4x4 LB 6800 sewing/embroidery, and another Brother sewing machine. They all work great, too, and are easy to maintain! Get the Artspire app that works well with this machine. It's awesome! I love this machine with over 800 stitches per minute!

    Terrible machine

    Very hard to operate. I have a lot of experience on sewing but this machine is very difficult to operate. Support system is terrible. I would not recommend this machine to anyone.

    Very Easy to understand how to operate. Sewing and Embroidery is perfect.

    Very easy for a first time sewer and embroiderer to use. Solid design 48 LBS compared to mostly plastic machines. Compare the hoop locking mechanism to the lower cost machines and you will know the quality in this model. Lastly, purchase from a dealer for help and service down the road. You will have access to training classes as well.

    An Excellent Machine.

    My husband purchased this machine for me through a dealer that has an Amazon store front. The Brother NQ3550W is a work horse. I started doing alot of embroidery and I am very happy. I haven't used the sewing part yet. But I know it is great. This machine is well worth the price.
