Oh my gosh what a bargain this machine is. I have been in the market to replace my old flat bed Embroidery Machine and wanted something I could more easily do clothing and hats which you can't do very well on a flat bed machine. Not a machine for beginners. Sais it has digitizing but relies on free apps that i can't seem to function. So you either pay for your custom images ti get digitized or spring for a price software package. Other then that the unit seems built to last and the packing method for shipment was the best crate system I have ever seen.

She has been great to work with.She referred me to Corey, one of poolins technicians when another engineer couldn’t resolve my issues and he’s been fantastic. Always quick at diagnosing problems, and provides solutions. He’s honest, very knowledgeable and makes himself available. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Corey and Jessie, I wouldn’t have purchased more machines from Poolin.

Let me just say that I am so happy with this purchase. There are many things that I need to address so humor me.1. Be mindful that this machine is heavy. You will need at least 2 or more very strong individuals to lift and move this machine.2. Measure your doorway. It is wide and may require you to take your doors off the hinges.3. The BAi mirror is a great machine. There was a bit of a learning curve, but once I reached out, the support team is fantastic!! Ace Wu and Luke Ren have been so wonderful in giving me all of the info I needed to get the machine up and going and to keep it that way. I am very excited to have moved from a one needle machine to a 15 needle machine. If you are newer to machine embroidery, this machine and the support people are a great way to start. The machine did come to my home on a semi truck, but was well packaged! You will need multiple strong people to move the machine.

I spent a long long time looking for an embroidery machine. The main criteria for me was price, embroidery area (larger the better), 15+ needles and to be well built with good reviews.
