The Poolin EOC07 exceeded every expectation I had. Before buying it, I struggled to find an in-depth review. Most videos and articles only skimmed the surface, so after using this machine daily for 30 days and stitching more than 650,000 stitches, I wanted to answer the questions I wish someone had answered for me.For context, I've been machine embroidering for more than 26 years. I want to preface this review by stating that prior to ordering this machine I had never sewn or embroidered anything. Recently purchased the machine for my fiance and she loves everything about it from the different size hoops to the built in patterns. How easy it is to use the software. And the customer service from poolin has been phenomenal, the engineer Kevin has been amazing with the help when she needs help. Would definitely recommend!

I will say if you’ve never used an embroidery machine it can get intimidating and a learning curve but I’ve used many different machines so it was easier to understand everything, the customer service is amazing I noticed a slight break on the side of the machine and they are sending out a replacement part for it immediately! The software is so easy to navigate if you watch their YouTube tutorials and if you have ever used cricut design space it’s similar to that as well. So far I love this machine and have had to do very minimal figuring out with everything!

A word of warning to novices, 90% of the problems you will encounter are from trying to go too fast, be it in speed of embroidery, hooping or threading. Also make sure you install the clips on your hoops, it helps a lot. The other 10% is easily solved by contacting technical support, since earlier versions of the firmware are a bit temperamental when it comes to updating.
