I recently upgraded from the Brother SE2000 to the Smartstitch 1501 Plus, and it’s been a total game changer! This is my first multi-needle machine, and the difference in speed, color efficiency, and stitch quality is night and day.The machine arrived extremely well-packaged in a heavy-duty crate (see photos) and felt very secure during transit. I have had my Smartstitch s1501 ultra since January. The delivery was fast, even arrived 2 days before the arrival time.The machine is really SMART! I contacted with Smartstitch crew for training and without hesitation they arranged the training. Before training, Iwatched all videos that Smartstitch has on YouTube and it was really helpful. They also have Facebook group that seems like a family whose members are always there for you. I loooove my embroidery machine, I enjoy creating new pictures on fabrics. But I am still learning.Practice makes perfect!

I purchased this Smartstitch S1501 Plus Beast Embroidery Machine with 15 needles, etc. I absolutely love it!!! It looks amazing! It seems very durable and doesn't cause a commotion like some I was able to look at on display in some local stores. There are a ton of videos online through YouTube, etc., that will show you what to expect as well as once you order it, there will be people local to your area who will work you to get you up and running.
