This machine so far is amazing. The instructions were pretty simple with the videos. The training with my group is good too.But the stitches and ease of use for the machine is amazing. I’ve figure out how to you it fairly quickly after my training and watching videos provided.

Been waiting to get one of these for a long time. Not my first 15 needle, but my first Smartstitch! The support and training has been amazing! Someone is always a message away for help which was really important to me. The machine runs like a dream and very easy to use for a machine of this size. I cannot wait to do even more.

While this lovely piece of technology has saved me literal hours of time with thread changes it has made me want to embroider everything! It does take time to learn. Do the Smartstitch training! This is my dream machine! Love it sew much. I had been using a 6 needle BabyLock, and it was so simple. But, it also limited me as far as what I could do with my design. So, when this one came in, and I got it all set up, it was a little intimidating. But the tech support, customer service, and training just made all of my fears disappear. I do like this machine and so far no real issues. The only regret I have is that the customer service is in China and it's like 12 hours time difference, so you can't get any immediate help if you do have an issue.
