This is a great replacement for the original blade assembly, and I actually like one detail on this one better. The screw on the bottom, opposite the blade, is covered, whereas it was exposed on my original. On the original, that area eventually started producing metal dust and stripping where the cup connects during blending. This replacement feels like a better design in that respect and has been working great. everything else as far as the size, durability and design is the same as the original. Great value for the money if you don't want to spend extra on original.

These work and fit my ninja tb301 blender even though it says it doesn't. Dimensions work and online said tb301 is compatible with bn401 cups so I gave it a try. Definitely cheaper than the ninja cups, thinner plastic. The blender assembly doesn't have as many blades; I'll get chunks of strawberry in my smoothies that didn't blend well if I don't run it a couple of times with that blender assembly. This came with many attachments that I did not expect. Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased in February, noticed the brown staining on the motor side round June, figured something had just fallen into it and stained it while using it. Blade base ended up with this brown liquid under it after using it on 22jul. Tested it out with clear water in the cup and the water turned brown while using it. So that means the brown stuff is from a rusted bearing inside it, that then leached into my smoothies and also outside onto the motor.Tested the blade base that came with the blender and no brown discoloration. Same cup, same motor. Avoid these replacement parts.

Ninja is always good, it is only plastic which fades and wears out so nothing you can do. One to two years you have to replace.
