Blendtec 75oz FourSide Jar, 32oz Blending Capacity, Clear

The Blend-Tech blender is expensive, but worth it in the long run if you use it as much as I do. This Blend-Tech replacement carafe doesn't quite match the original, but it fits perfectly on the base and does a great job on my daily smoothies.

I bought my FourSide Jar when the seal on my Wildside Jar failed after three years of frequent use. I bought this as a replacement because it was just over half the price of the Wildside Jar. I'm thrilled with it. It actually works better for me than the Wildside Jar did because it's great for smaller quantities. I mostly use it for single servings of smoothies, and it does a much better job of grinding up all the frozen fruit and incorporating it. The Wildside Jar used to leave icky frozen banana bits and I had to use fresh bananas instead and then add ice.This jar will suit my needs better,

It's great. Fits the motor. Lid seals tight. works well, cleans easily. Good size for smoothies. Well made. Carefully packaged.

If it was glass it would be great. But for $119.95 its a bit of a rip off. And it is very good. Bright and clear. But how long does plastic last? It's sad they can't make a glass one for a quality blender like that.

I purchased a new "Jar" from Amazon, 3 years from the purchase date the bearing gave out.I called Blendtec and they replaced it with no problem...in fact I was actually 13 days past the 3 year warranty and they still made it good. I was honestly expecting a hassle but they made it good with no problem!I love my Blendtec and am extremely satisfied with their customer service!
