    Not quite as big as it looks in the picture. But it provides good cushion and really good lumbar support. I could not drive because of sciatica and this made a big difference. Seems slightly narrow for my size.

    Drop for 11 hours and this seat cushion was perfect. No pain in my hip going or coming back home. Yes I would recommend this item for any long journey.

    No support and bunches and move while driving

    Not very comfortable the back is very short and I had to keep adjusting seat even while driving. Support was not good for me and it aggravated my back because my posture was not in alignment
