This little machine is very impressive and works as advertised! Makes ice pretty fast, keeps up with our needs and is perfect for our house! Love that it was extremely easy to set up and get going once we ran the necessary plumbing and waste water line. If you do get this get an air conditioning condensate pump to get rid of the melted ice water and have it piped above the P trap with a branch line on the tailpipe. Works wonderfully and we’re very satisfied
Honestly a lifesaver for our parties cuz it makes clear square ice cubes so fast and quick. Within minutes its already dropping ice! The capacity is crazy good, bin holds a ton so we will never run out when friends are over. Control screen on front is super easy to use for changing how thick you want the cubes. The self clean mode is also awesome and saves so much time cleaning it. Definitely,recommend if you need a solid ice machine that actually keeps up, this would be it.

It produces clear cubes fast and fits neatly under our counter. Very easy to set up and looks great in stainless steel. Highly recommend for any like me small business owner!
