    Makes wonderful poffertjes aka small pancaks

    Makes great poffertjes, takes a bit to preheat but keeps temp well after that. Simple controls; set a temp an use the timer if need be. For poffertjes, you can tell when it’s time to flip so I don’t use the timer at all. Sturdy and well built, expect this to work for a long time.
