Great!

I love this book. The example exercises are clear and clear in finding the right muscles for the exercises. Franklin is creative in his cues, which are useful to see the bigger picture of the movement. There are some props that you need to complete all the exercises listed but the book is set up where you can skip around to the exercise you want to complete. Highly suggest for beginners and advanced dancers.

Shrink wrapped copy contained keycode

The accompanying pictures show how the keycode for supplemental online content is included. My book came in a sealed, intact shrink wrapper on which was a sticker with the wordsKEYCODE LETTERENCLOSEDA new keycode must be purchasedif the one included is misplaced. Not ReturnableIf UnwappedThe first page of the book is the page with the keycode that unlocks the extra content. My picture might be clear enough for you to make out instructions, web and email addresses, and phone numbers if you should need them.

Highest Recommendation

This book is a comprehensive study, very clearly communicated, by a world class expert. There is so much of value, so much that you might never learn of elsewhere, that I strongly recommend anyone who is putting in the time and effort to train in dance, also take the time to read this book. It will make your training more productive. Some of his instructions made an immediate difference for me. It is the best such book I have found, by far.

Excellent for Dance Training Specificity

The best book written so far for dance conditioning! As a personal trainer and Dancesport Athletic, I am always looking for new ways to train for our sport. There is very little written about it, but this book and much of Eric Franklin's work is universal for dancers. Can't wait to meet him!

The best and only book I need to be a better dancer!

This book is hands down the most state of the art, effective and practical book when it comes to understanding your body and mind and how to reach your potential a a dancer. The exercises are simple but highly effective. I wish I'd had this book years ago!

Missing key code

The book looks great with a lot of illustrations. However, there was not a key code provided to allow access to web resources as advertised/stated in the description
