Let me start by saying I notice other reviewers say they have difficulty with it never lying flat. A lot of RGB mousepads have the issues because of the way the plastic RGB outline and cloth are woven creating the tension to where it sits in one place so this is pretty common. All you have to do is keep heavy items sit on the non flattened parts to help it then after days or weeks of it helping all it can, all you need to do is bend the plastic rgb out layer a little but be careful not to do it to much as idk if it messes with the electronics. The surface is smooth and consistent, perfect for both gaming and everyday work.The 360° RGB lighting looks great and adds a nice aesthetic without being distracting. The mousepad couldn’t be better. I was worried about it laying flat after I’ve seen some of the reviews and while some spots aren’t completely flat, they’re like 97% flat and likely will become 100% flat in no time. If you look at the images, there’s the hub at the top right of the mousepad which is where the light comes from and then travels around from there. It’s strongest closest to the hub, somewhat noticeably but it’s still very good all the way around as you can see from the photo I took. The Corsair mm700 RGB extended is a fantastic option in the limited world of addressable RGB mousepads. Some of the other options are as much as $120 and the differences do not follow the price. Some might have a few more "zones" or a qi charger built in. For me the price and the features on this one were just right. It has 3 individual light zones one is the corsair logo on the control box and the other 2 flow from the box outward each direction. The size of this pad was another big selling point for me. The 36.6" length was a bit longer than most comparable size pads, but not so big it hangs

This thing is amazing. High quality materials, led strip is very thin and bright. The extra usb A is nice on the desk and the size is perfect.

It’s a large mouse pad that can be synched to your other Corsair RGB lights. Mousepad functionality is as expected and the lights are fun!Only drawback is that the lighting around the bottom of the pod isn’t as vibrant as near the top plug area. Kinda bugs me but not bad enough to return it. Overall really cool and the integration with iCue is great!
