    Lightweight, great speed and storage, high quality screen, works perfect, long battery life, keyboard with backlighting options, and easy to use. I've had a lot of Dell's over the years and this is the best, most advanced by far. Add in its relative low expense and this is a winner!

    Best Dell laptop I've had in a long time. Have not used it for games but seems capable. It repaired itself with little intervention when there was a software glitch. Reasonable speed. Need to change storage from 500 to 1gb. Don't like Windows 11.

    Brand new laptop came with PcAppStore malware already installed. Locked my screen up for hours. Everything I did didn't work. Spent hours trying to remove the malware. What a sad experience.

    would never buy another laptop but dell. while people may be enticed by cheaper prices for brands like ASUS, everything you need is included with a dell - no additional software... and moving from one laptop to another, troubleshooting performance, recovery... everything is super easy.
