    Dell Will Not Honor Warranty of Computer Purchases on Amazon

    Bought for high end options especially sound but sound volume was poor. Needed to increase to 100% volume to stream programs I could stream on my MSI and and Lenovo at 36% volume. Touch pad sometime sticks and does not select or copy. Buyers beware! DELL REFUSES to honor warranty on laptops purchased on Amazon unless you can provide the sellers name, address, phone number and email which I could not do so I had to return the laptop. This information needs to be posted on Amazon before customers make a purchase. Either seller information is made available to customers to transfer ownership or a
