This computer is a really nice upgrade from my old HP laptop. It runs so smooth! I'm not too tech savvy so I just use it for basic things like music and watching videos, which works well while running multiple apps and download large files. The screen is pretty nice looking. I saw some folks complaining about a yellow tint to the screen well you can turn the eye shield settings off and the color is back to normal. Took 10 seconds to figure out in the settings. Have had this for a couple months now, and everything just fine. I keep it plugged in, so can't comment on battery life. Screen quality is very good, nice and bright. I think the sound could be better, but I'm not using it for its philharmonic abilities, strictly for word processing, email and surfing the web. Pleased all around.

Pros: Nice screen quality; seems well made; keyboard feels nice Cons: Keyboard backlight only comes on after pressing a key and shuts off after 30 seconds of inactivity; very weak audio even at full volume; fans are loud. I rated it four stars because I couldn't choose 3.5.

WOW, this is an amazing laptop/notebook. It does everything and is lightening fast! Lightweight unlike so many clunky ones. This is highly recommended & with 150.00 Gift card, made this a steal!

I like the laptop but I’m having issues I updated the drivers through the computer settings and now every time I shut it down it makes me type my Microsoft access key a 45 digit key I’m not sure why but it’s really bother some I’m going it download my files on a usb and software reset hopefully this changes things if it fixes the problem might keep the laptop if not I’ll probably have to return it

This is my first Acer laptop. It’s a nice looking laptop, the specs is decent for a mid tier laptop. Reliable and easy to work with office laptop.

The laptop is in good condition for your daily use and studies for high school or college; the battery, instead, is reliable. The appearance of this one has great quality. The performance can be a little lacking, but you can configure it simply to have better options. The sound on the speakers is not the best, but if you connect your headphones, it sounds much better. The screen only goes by 60 Hz, but I like it because you can read so clearly. In my opinion, it's a solid 8 out of 10.
