I got 2 of them as gifts. One for my daughter and 1 for my girlfriend so far I haven't got a call back from either. They must like them a lot.

Works great, great price

I bought this computer as a replacement for our other chromebook that broke. It came brand new and unused. We used it for the last 2 months of school and a few times over the summer. First day of school is today. I put the laptop on the charger for two hours and come back to find that it never charged. I tried multiple chargers and none of them are working with this computer but work with all of our other laptops. This is absolutely terrible for a brand new computer. Value for money i guess but now I have to go buy another computer not even a year later.

Exactly what I needed, and it arrived quickly

I quickly compared this Gateway with its prototype Acer 314 14" Full HD, and the keys are smaller and flimsierOverall. It seemed less well-built than the 2020 model. The all-black keyboard has no offset to guide typing. But I never tried it; maybe it's fine. I didn't feel comfortable with it

I only gave a 4 * because it's difficult to get where one wants to go as compared to my regular computer. On the other hand it worked fine while my computer was being serviced.

I initially had a problem connecting it to our wi-fi and considered returning it. However, my son got it up and running and I am very pleased with it. The connections are quick and easy. The only criticism I have at this point is that the screen doesn't have good contrast and color clarity. We will continue to try to adjust it, but quite frankly it's livable.My old Chromebook was purchased in 2017 and just gave up the ghost for good. I had no idea how tortuously it worked - especially doing anything on Yahoo - until I got this new one.
