i’ve had this since 2024 and do not recommend. it lags and freezes up really badly now. you can not multitask on it or you will be met with crashing websites or games. you can not play any decent game that requires any good graphics card. at the moment i can’t even play minecraft.

The laptop runs smoothly for my needs. Discord, twitch, and obs combined bogs it down Slightly. However the screen quality is the biggest downside it's not terrible but not great.

Quick Update: After loading Windows 10, this laptop works very well. I would recommend anyone that buys this laptop downgrade Windows.Not impressed. Even though it has a faster processor than our old laptop, it was significantly slower. After looking into the settings, I found that the processor stays maxed out due to windows apps running in the background (that can’t be turned off). Would be better if it had the older version of Windows installed.

I absolutely love this laptop. I needed a windows processor so my Google Chromebook did not qualify. This has been a game changer. I love the large screen and how quickly it moves. It is a lot bigger than what I am used to but it is fantastic nonetheless.
