ReviewI’m very happy with this Lenovo V15 Gen 4 laptop. It’s fast, reliable, and works great for both business and everyday use. The 15.6” FHD screen is clear, and the 16GB RAM with 512GB SSD gives me plenty of storage and smooth performance. I also really like having the numeric keypad, HDMI, and RJ45 Ethernet port. Windows 11 Pro is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great laptop for the price and exactly what I needed.

Let me just say this upfront: this laptop feels like it’s going to outlive me… or at the very least survive my daily “throw it in the bag and run” lifestyle.After spending years with a Chromebook (and yes… “hated” might be strong, but also… not inaccurate), I knew I was not about to make another regret purchase. I missed that classic, reliable, Windows-era laptop vibe—like 2015 called and said, “we did it right back then.” So I did what any determined, slightly burned consumer would do: I researched. And researched. And then researched some more.Because here’s the thing—I’m not a tech wizard.

I’m very happy with my purchase! The laptop arrived super fast and was packaged very well. It was exactly as described, works perfectly, and is definitely worth the money. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller!

This laptop is easy to use and I am glad I purchased it. The picture is clear and it is not too big and not too small

The laptop is perfect! I can play Sims4 with no lag at all now. I can also work easily with all the features and processing speed. The only con I have found so far is that the battery life is not very long. But I am usually plugged into the charger the entire time I'm on the laptop anyway. Just kkep your charger nearby at all times and you should be good. Other than that, I'm very pleased!

Had to buy new computer as the hard disk on my old Lenovo was corrupted. Order this unit because I liked the specs. Came promptly within the 2 day delivery. Computer was well packaged and sealed. The reason for the 1 Star is that I haven't be able to turn or use the computer because the power adaptor that was supplied with the computer has a USB Type-C connector and the computer requires a Round Pin connector. Most annoying, because now I have to find and purchase the correct power adaptor at my own cost or pack up this computer and return it

I purchased two of these units. One arrived and worked perfectly. The other showed up with a failing SSD right out of the box.Because I needed it immediately for a client, I didn’t have time to deal with a return and ended up replacing the SSD myself. That’s not something any customer should have to do on a ready to use product.I understand these are refurbished or low budget systems, but that should not mean critical components are unreliable or failing on arrival. This cost me both time and money and reflects poorly on quality control.
