The toolbox arrived cracked and unuseable but the tools inside were just fine. The seller was quick to respond and we came to an agreement on how to resolve the issue. But Dewalt seems to be notorious on sending out damaged or inoperable toolboxes and they really need to get it together! If they know it's an issue with shipping, maybe wrap these kits with thick foam prior to shipping? If they know it's an issue with design, maybe toughen up the weak spots? I've got my eyes on a Dewalt mechanics tool set but I've seen several reviews, videos and pictures of how useless those particular toolboxe

great starter pack

Just bought this same combo at Home Depot, $499 delivered next day from FedEx. I'm restarting my cordless tool collection because the DeWalt 14v (NiCad) has gotten really hard to find original batteries for (OK, so it's been 20yrs, might as well take advantage of current tech ;). ALL Brushless, both the Sander and Grinder come in their "upscale" XP line, I actually added 2 additional kits, one with a 3/8 ratchet & sm impact, the other with a lg 3/8 & med 1/2 impact (last two also XP tools) and, with these combos, got an additional 2 chargers and 2 more batteries (4tl batt 3tl chargers 10tl too
