Arrived in a beat up box and has some minor dents on the back, but I need it and didn't have time to return it and wait for a replacement. I LOVE this trash can! It's the perfect size, it doesn't show any fingerprints or water spots, the bag never slips, the lid and pedal don't feel flimsy or weak, and the lid never comes out of alignment so it always closes perfectly. The price of this can couldn't be beat when I ordered it and I am so glad that I purchased it!

I am in my 30s and this is the first stainless steel trash can I ever bought in my life. My first attempt was to buy one from another retailer and failed me. I tried Amazon and bam! The product came impecably packaged in a massive box and well protected (so much appreciated), super clean and scratch free. I love it. after two month with no trash can in my new place, this is life saver and improvement. also, i love white colors and not black or silver, so the color option is amazing. This is nice 13 gallon capacity can. The soft close is really nice, and works well. I like that the lid parts are metal, they should last longer. The surface cleans easily, and the pedal opening plus soft close pretty much eliminate having to touch it. The brushed stainless steel surface is very pretty. A good by , in my opinion.

Probably will last a few years. So the price is likely worth it. Removable inner bin is a good feature. Can be taken out and washed. Much better unit than the all-plastic kind which have fragile parts such as hinge pins that inevitably break and cannot easily be repaired. Better than expected? Yes. Satisfactory? Yes.

I love this trash can and would have given it 5 stars if it would hold my trash bags up like my old one did. It does a great job hiding odors. It is heavy enough that it doesn't tip over. It is easy to clean and the best trash can I have owned. I just wish the trash bags would stay up!

I was worried I'd receive a dented can like some other reviewers mentioned, but I received a pristine can. Great quality! The standard 13 gallon kitchen trash bag fits PERFECTLY in this can. This is a very well designed and built product. The plastic inner liner is easily removed by lifting the lid gently to its upright position, where it will stay while you lift the liner out by the two handles on the sides to remove the trash bag. After replacing the liner, a new 20 gal trash bag is inserted, and about 1 inch of the top of the bag can be draped over the edge of the liner and pulled taught by tucking the bag into the hole at the back. I got the 13 gal trash can in the black metal and, after using for several months, just LOVE it. My last stainless steel can from a well-known big box store was over twice this price with a pedal that broke in months. THIS can seems very sturdy with a nicely designed pedal. I love the black as you can't see the drippings and smears that always occur with cooking like you can on silver stainless steel. The shape fits nicely against my cabinet without sticking out too much. The lid is well-adjusted to slowly close at a good speed. It has an inside liner which removes easily to change bags. No co
