I have the open back ones already and much prefer the sound stage on those. If you want zero outside noise and only hear the game. The closed back hands down are the ones for you. I'm a fan of the EPOs H6Pro, it's not going to impress hardcore audiophiles but its good enough for the average guy. I would suggest getting cooling gel earpads if you intend to use it for long sessions but otherwise they're solid a solid headset. Volume comes in nice and the mic is good.
