This has been working great. I've been using it Monday thru Friday when I'm on the road working. It's much more practical than constantly filling up ice in my cooler and keeps my drinks and fruit cold for snacks. This one is the perfect size to hold a week's worth of drinks for a single person. I had no problem with seller and I think most of the issue was that I could not comment on the purchased refrigerator due to how Amazon archives an order once you request a refund. Been using this over a year. It’s a beast. Not sure how I lived without it. The app is nice and easy as well. Pairs with a Jackery 200 for 36 hours of fridge time.Works better if your car has an AGM battery instead of traditional lead acid. That’s a detail someone should highlight. I’ll get an AGM for my Sequoia when I change out next.I tend to just run it on eco mode as the temp is a bit more stable that way.It’s not a well insulated cooler. This one is a replacement for one prior one that failed different brand though. This is a great product!. As soon as I turned it on it worked perfectly. The size is just right. Fitting everything I need. The quality is very good, it seems sturdy and an attractive design. It is also very quiet and runs smoothly. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Absolutely worth every penny! It barely uses any energy and stayed the set temp for 5 days whether the van was on or not. No ice runs, no bulky cooler, no water slushing around and sogging everything up. When the trip was done, I unplugged and wiped out the interior. 2 min job. This product far exceeded my expectations!

This cooler is AMAZING! We have had a Coleman electric cooler for almost 21 years and it still works great but with its age we thought it best to get a new one and this one fit the bill! While we can't control the temp with our Coleman electric cooler, we can with this one and we can make it cold enough for frozen food or cold enough for refrigerated food.
