I bought this 19QT Euhomy 12 Volt Refrigerator / Freezer for a 4 day fishing & hiking trip in Jasper TX this past week. I needed something to keep my water, gatorade, juice and food cold while driving and while outdoors but I also wanted something that was energy efficient and small enough to carry around and load in and out of my suv. My favorite hotels have switched out mini fridges for drink coolers. Those are nice for soda but not perishables like milk.I was looking at various makes and some are only fridge. Some can be both at same time but have smaller compartments. Some include ice maker.I don't need ice maker and didn't see need to have both fridge and freezer at same time.This make was at a great price as a lightning deal and I'm so glad I got it. Our story ... So We lost Our Fridge-Freezer which was only 14-15mos old. During the repair process We decided to purchase one of the Euhomy coolers to get Us by until the Fridge/Freezer was repaired or replaced. This one is the 26Quart/25 Liter model, which is approximately the size of a standard/average sized cooler. Works Great. Purchased after reading reviews and was not disappointed. Tested in home and temp got to 40 degrees in 20 minutes and then 30 degrees in another 20 minutes. Took it with us on a road trip to Sturgis for bike week. Spent first 2 days in the car and brought into hotel room at night. Then used it at our campground for 8 days mainly outside but covered by an RV. then we used it in our vehicle on for 3 days on the way home. Works perfectly. Good size for traveling and keeping food and drinks cold. Like the portability of taking it on long trips and carrying it into a hotel room… since most hotel room fridges don’t work. Holds temp really well (exceeded my expectations). Runs quietly. Easy to use.

cools to 45 quick then stops. Great, thats what i set it to.However all the water inside is still hot. If you touch the walls of the fridge they are indeed 45 degrees cold.You see the issue here? Yea... since this does not circulate air like a normal fridge, it can never know the real temperature of the items inside.If you leave it on overnight, stacked full of hot water bottles, they will all be chilled by morning.Its really slow, but it works, and they will be chilled even in an oven of a car.

If you're willing to spend the money it's a nice option to have. It cools quickly, maintains temp, even in 90 degree weather, and you don't need to buy ice. It's not a big cooler, holds around 24 cans, and bottles only fit if they're on their sides.It's not a steal, but more of a novelty. We've used it more for hotel rooms than camping.

The cooler is outstanding. Used it for camping this past weekend and the cooler never skipped a beat. Plugged it in the night before had it set at 32 degrees from the house to the car and to the camper without and problem . We'll worth the money and with the digital display you can adjust it with your phone or by hand . With the phone you don't have must distance but that's no big deal because its holds temperature constantly. No bad reports sorry!.
