I was looking for a nugget ice maker that was on the quiet side, wasn't too big, and would fit nicely under the cabinets on my kitchen counter. This one really delivers. Assembly and cleaning is easy. I always make way more ice than I need for the occasion and then store the extra in a bowl in my freezer.The only drawback is that the cleaning regimen recommends using an entire pack of their cleaning solution each time you use the ice maker. Great ice maker! Works as expected! I like the light on it. Not loud. Doesn't take long to make a batch. Great price. Would order again if I needed one.

Takes FOREVER ( over 2 hours ) to make ice!!! And I’m using cold water right out of the fridge! The ice is good, small pellets like I like just don’t be in a hurry to get them.Update: Euhomy customer service contacted me about my concerns with my ice maker and explained how it works and the different variables that can make it take longer to work. I still wish it worked quicker but it does make great ice and it runs so quietly I can hardly hear it. Also I have to give high praise to their customer service. So so good! This machine works as expected! I was surprised at how fast it makes ice. I filled up my freezer bucket in no time! The machine is about as noisy as I expected for a countertop appliance. After awhile I didn't even notice it. And it shuts off once the basket is full. Some comments I've seen is the ice is wet. I have tried 3 different brands and they all produce wet ice. I have learned if you let it set for a bit in the bin, the top 3/4ths of the ice aren't as wet. I also place my ice in a zippy bag and pop in the freezer that way I can break it up in the bag then put in my freezer

Love this countertop ice maker from Euhomy! It’s very stylish for the kitchen, makes ice quickly and is not noisy.It comes with a 4-pack cleaner which is very nice and it has a handy little hook for hanging your ice scooper which also comes with the product.I would recommend it for families with young children—especially ones who like to eat the small ice just for fun!

Just got my machine. Did all the instructions. Cleaned it, dumped out the first batch of ice. I have currently ran the machine 4 times. Machine is NOT making ice within the 8min time frame (not even close! More like 30mins) My house is not hot, i gave this machine room on my counter, i even put cold water in it, still......taking forever to make ice & ive had it running to see if things would change. Unplugged it & waited 60+ seconds. Still not a full batch. Returning! I dont know if I'll repurchase sadly.

This ice machine is amazing. Definitely money well spent! Super easy setup and the ice is better than Sonic, in my opinion! I highly recommend.

Little loud but works great. Love the nugget ice.
