Easy install works great

Installation was simple and it works as expected. There's plenty ice for a family of two, but I could see a larger family running short occasionally. I'm very happy so far.

So far this unit has been working very well. Drop Ice about every hour and a half. Very quiet when filling with water.Although this is the same exact unit that came in my brand new Frigidaire freezer and it did not last any longer than two years. First, the icemaker mechanism itself quit working, and then the solenoid valve that stops water flow failed to seal and water kept leaking into the freezer And onto the floor. What a mess.I am willing to give it one more chance. So far, so good, six months old.

It makes a lot of ice. I ordered it from here, it's cheaper, and they had what I needed.

Item is defective - I’ve had 2 different professionals try to get it to work correctly - bought additional parts (solo node kit) etcI’d like a refund !I’ve now had to take it out and order a different refrigerator - and take a loss!!I’ve paid repair people - lost work time 😡 and cleaned up many frozen floods inside my frozen items!!- this has been stressful 😩As of this moment -the company is refusing to issue a refund. I'm in a health situation that is in need of ice and I thought this would be the simplest solution - STAY AWAY_ they do not stand behind this item - and because it is past the

Easy to install and so far it’s working great. I made one change, did not use large ice bin found short one, put the lower shelf in the middle making the bottom more useful as we don’t need a large bin of ice for 2 people
