This is the ice maker my brother bought. I liked it so much I bought one for my gf. It has two side settings. I wish the bigger size was bigger but it's a mini machine so what do you expect? The machine isn't loud. You can hear it working but it's not bad. Makes ice pretty quickly. But when the tray is full have a towel if you don't have your ice bucket or Ice tub there. The machine makes ice once made it doesn't keep it cold. By the time it's done some of the earlier ice has started to melt. There will be dripping. I find that three or four full cycles are enough Ice for a family of four.

I was very undecided, so many options. Love the “hospital ice” . Easy to set up remember to let it set for 24 hours before using. Love the ease of filling the water chamber. Takes about an hour to completely fill. It will stop creating more ice if you forget to empty it, not as noisy as I expected, but still has a “hum.” Easy to clean.. Have had no problems with it so far. There is no mark for water fill line, but I just use the “sticker” with the instructions as a guide. :).

The small ice is what my wife wanted; and she has it now.Star reduction is because of where the drain hole is and that it isn't a screw in. It is a two cylindrical stem silicone insert that is challenging to find holes. You must pull it past the edge of counter and get under the device to fuss about and reinsert it, water drips onto counter face and floor. Pros: This unit works well and quickly. The design is very easy to deal with. Easy access to add water and retrieve ice. Easy access to the drain plug to drain excess water.Cons: This unit is very noisy and because it makes ice so quickly it runs a lot. Secondly, The fan port on the side blows a lot of hot air. So much that I can feel the difference in my kitchen. Third thing, Though it is not difficult, the water that collects at the bottom of the unit MUST be emptied at least once every day. The inside temp of the unit keeps the ice so it does not freeze solid and that causes some melting wh

I was skeptical at first but this has been one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon in awhile. Works fast. Easy to use. Larger capacity than most. Very happy with it. I love the nugget ice it makes. It's pretty quiet compared to the one it replaced. It's a lot quieter too. Plus it looks nice on the counter.

So far has wildly exceeded my expectations! I have craved a real nugget (Sonic style) ice maker, but price and reviews have scared me off. Finally, sonic ice at home. We used to buy bags of sonic ice, even before my refrigerator ice maker broke. And especially afterwards. That got to be a little bit cumbersome.Right when this euhomy ice comes out of the machine, you might say it’s harder than sonic ice. However as soon as you pour a drink into it, it naturally melts down just a smidge and at that point it’s the same, minus a hair of chew factor.I did a blind taste, crunch, chew test with my husband. My nugget ice maker makes life so easy! It’s quiet and does the job. Only thing I don’t like is that it has to keep “making ice” in order to stay cold.
