I should have listened to other reviews. It made ice but it also leaked from everywhere. Terrible product don’t buy I returned it the next day.

I love this thing! It works like it should. Perfect ice fast. It did leak one time on us but it was my fault. It will tell you low water with the ice bin full. When you top off the water and turn it off the ice melts back into bin overflowing the bin. No problems at all after this realization. Great lil ice maker with a self cleaning function.

Originally I was truly happy with this machine bought in April. As of September the ice production has slowed, the add water light is on even when the reservoir is more than half full, the cleaning cycle is not effective. Also note that Frigidaire does not assist with warranty, its another company, would not recommend this product. The company covering the warranty will not accept the invoice that is on the Amazon orders page. It is truly ridiculous.

I’ve had the previous model, which I loved. The downfall of that one was the cleaning did not clean well enough to prevent mold, you also could not see the inside which concerned me and the machine itself was loud and squeaked high pitch sound’s even when cleaned thoroughly as communicated by the manufacturer.This one does not have any of these problems however I feel the ice takes longer and because the ice itself is smaller, it melts in your drinks faster. If you are looking for an ice machine for 1-2 people then this would be perfect. The machine itself continues to keep the ice from meltin

Sadly it leaks. Never made ice. returning the new one doesn’t leak along with hoping that it hasn’t been used.Update: we received a new machine today night and day no problems we have ice. We are thrilled.

Loved the machine at first, but less than 2 months and it’s making this awful noise. Trying to deal with the Frigidaire 3rd party warranty company has been a joke. First they asked me to return it to Amazon, even though I’ve told them multiple times that it’s past the return date..then they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, which is absolutely nuts, it’s not even 2 months old. Frigidaire is not taking care of their customers appropriately.
