UPDATE: LONG overdue update for these headphones. I do want to say that the seller reached out to follow up and issue refund if needed. While I really do appreciate the thought and contact, there was no need because they’re still a really great pair of headphones. If you do need to use the headphones for the mic, make sure to unplug the headphones before starting the computer. I originally had these in black and I think they're good quality, so I bought these just to have another color. Not sure what's wrong, but these KILL my ears compared to the black ones. Like they fit differently. The sound quality is still amazing, but they smash the tops of my ears. I stream for 2 hours once a week, and I could barely make it through stream with these on. Shame, going back to the black ones and will prob give these away. if you have "elf ears" haha I wouldn't recommend them in this color.

I almost never write bad reviews, but this is the worst headset I've ever had. It's been over a year of headaches and frustration at this point. Mic has constantly went out from day one, I have to completely pull the mic out and plug it back in to fix it. Adjusting it at all cuts the sound. I can't play any games with friends because all they hear is a loud screeching noise. I crank my mic volume all the way up and it still only registers at 4-6%. Wish I would have returned it when I first got it, huge waste of time and money trying to troubleshoot this junk.
