    Broke on 2nd time using it.

    I splurged and purchased this for my bday because I'm disabled wanted one with the processor. I used the blender twice for a smoothie with ice cream, juice and frozen fruit and it broke. I missed the return date by 5 days so Amazon won't return or exchange it. It took me awhile to get this one and don't have any money to buy another so I'm very disappointed. I didn't even use ice cubes just frozen fruit.

    It was just ok

    Bought this 5 months ago and it’s now broken. Like others, it took us time to figure out why it wasn’t working. We should not have to watch a video to try and figure out why it’s not running. That’s one. Two, I twisted it to take it off and the black piece that blends the blender completely shattered and I didn’t even take it off that hard. Which means it probably was a serious of twisting it off and eventually broke. It didn’t really blend that well. But I did like the processor. The only part that didn’t work well was the dough hook. So it’s def a toss up if u buy it and it work. And it took

I don't cook in huge quantities most of the time, but I do bake occasionally and entertain enough that having the larger capacity is useful.
