Easy to use and Clean. This food processor comes with a glass and stainless steel option which is one of the reasons I chose it. I use it to grind meat and a few whirls makes for a smooth paste for meatballs and such. I also use it to quick blitz onions, bell peppers, and whatever other vegetables that would typically take longer to dice. It saves me a ton of time. It's not too large so I can store it away. I haven't written an Amazon review in a while, but this thing is honestly so amazing I felt compelled to sit my butt down and yap about it for a bit. I'm 53 years old and I cook at home a LOT. I do a ton of chopping of herbs and veggies. Specifically... tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, jalapenos, cilantro, etc. I wish I had this thing 20 years ago. Over the past few years I've tried the Ninja Foodie and a few other processors however they've all fallen short in terms of sheer power.
