9/17/2025. The company reached out to me after seeing my review and has made this right with me. They have not only refunded my money but also are sending me a new blender cup. I’m happy with this resolution because I have owned this blender cup before, and it worked perfectly. I am very happy with the quality of smoothies that this blender turns out. The blade grinds/chops, the food better than most machines of its kind that I have used. However, it does not allow you to use the blender without your hands, constantly pushing it down, and it is one of the loudest blenders that I have used.It would be nice to be able to push and turn to lock in the blending cup, then walk away from the machine for a minute and not have to have it very loud noise right in my face. For this reason, I have removed a point.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. I was excited to receive it and used it right away:1. If you have any type of issue with your hands, I have arthritis, it will hurt your hands since this DOES NOT stay on unless you hold it down. All the demos I saw showed you can push down and turn it slightly on the base to “lock it” in place….false advert, unfortunately for me.2. A lot of people said it worked great for a while- then just stopped working. I can see that happening since I used it to blend a simple smoothie with protein powder and I smelled that ‘oh no the motor is burning’ smel

It’s a very effective blender. I use it for my cooking and smoothies without any issues. Very powerful for a non commercial blender. No mess, easy to clean. I’ve had it for almost a year and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve bought quite a few different ones that didn’t have the same quality. They were leaking, messy and didn’t last.I definitely recommend this blender and you can believe me because this is my first time writing a review on Amazon and I’m a regular shopper here.
