Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve been using the Beast Orange Blender for a few months now, and it’s earned a permanent spot on my countertop. This blender is superb for your smoothie routine. Cleans up quickly. Assorted cup sizes. Feels sturdy and well made. Worth the $ and glad I purchased.

One particular design flaw is causing me to regret this purchase. I have other issues with it and will outline below. My main issue is the rubber seal/O-ring around the blade. This isn't a sealed in part and allows what's being blended to get underneath. The O ring isn't easy to remove to clean the gunk amd smells so foul after just a couple uses. We use for mostly protein shakes. If you have ever left a protien shake container in the car, you know the smell. I've tried several before this to be disappointed. One thing that can be particularly disappointing as if a blender won't do ice. This one will chop ice.My other multiple disappointments came from always having thick bit filled veggie smoothies. Not here. If you load ingredients in the proper order, even approximately, powder, green stuff, fruit, all smooth.There are pros, nuetrals, and cons. I will sort of start with cons, thenuetrals are here and there, and roughly finish with pros.The biggest con is that I feel the container, the biggest one, is just too small. Takes up very little counter space. I purchased the white and it looks good on the counter. I like it because you blend individual shakes and the blending container becomes your glass to drink the shake. I like it so much I wish I had purchased the 1200 W because of the larger volume containers. However, I have a VitaMix and so this smaller model made sense and I really like it.
