Works very well. It is quiet. The auto blending is amazing, shuts off when the blending is complete for whatever option is being blended and the blended result is perfect.

Surprisingly quiet and very effective for making frozen berry smoothies. Easy to clean and heavy duty. Not so great for chopping things like onions for salsa - too pureed for my taste - no chunks.

This blender has been like owning a glitchy phone after a bad update. It only works as intended sometimes after you mess with it .I bought this blender in January of 2025. Right away I realized that it went from being quiet to extremely loud( like wake up the neighborhood loud) and you had to mess with it to get it to "click" back into quiet mode( picking it up and rotating it , turning it off and on, tapping the base, trying different speeds repeatedly and that kind of thing). I have used a Breville powerful blender but it was very noisy and also stopped working way too soon. I needed one immediately so bought this B&D for the interim. But when I started using it I decided that this will do and there was no need to buy a much more expensive blender, especially given that the expensive ones stopped working in such a short amount of time. Love this so much I bought a second one I find that it works well great power easy to use and fits my life

It is a 3 star blender, not sure how long it will last, and it is not the greatest blender. For liquids its fine but frozen fruits and veggies, dont do so good with. Ill save for one more expensive and much more durable.
