Have been using this now for over a month to make smoothies. My previous blender was a Ninja that was several years old and had a helix style blade. At anything less than $100 I think this is a steal.Pros: Blend quality. I like berry smoothies, and these fruits have seeds that are very small. Same thing with chia seeds. In my old blender these were untouched and I thought I just got to enjoy chewy, gritty smoothies. I love my new blender. I had my previous one for over a decade and it finally gave up us. haven't had it long but so far it's great. my husband and I both use it daily for smoothies. Very good performance for everything we have tried with it .The plastic jar is large and easy to clean. The led display at the top is nice for watching your time . Easy to make speed adjustments . It has a moderate level of noise but every blender does. Seems to be made to be durable . I can't lift much weight but I can move it with ease.

The best blender ever. I love the programing. My smoothie comes out with a great texture. Sometimes I will run the blender twice for extra smoothness. The recipe book are great starters if you have never made homemade smoothies. One draw back I waited to late to look in the recipe book for the warranty. You have on 7 days. So I lost my warranty. I will call and see but consumers get screwed in this economy. The blender is very, very, loud. It sounds horrible crushing food.

I'd never heard of this brand before. Bought this solely based on other reviews here on Amazon. Base is heavy despite the housing being plastic, so I'm guessing the weight is in the electric motor, which is good. The pitcher is also plastic but has held up well so far. The lid snaps on tight and is triple sealed, so no leaks. The clear round plug in the top of the lid is vented and removable so you can add things while blending without taking the whole lid off.
