I think I read the descriptions and reviews of every panini press sold on Amazon. Finally settled on this one and am very happy with it.I like being able to control the heat level. The low profile and sleek look is great. The size is perfect for 2-3 people. It cooks well and I love how easy it is to clean. It has a lay-flat for griddle cooking option and it’s easy to pop out the plates for washing. Glad this is the one I chose
