It does take a bit of time to charge, but once it is fully charged, it lasts a long time. We were able to capture some pretty cool pictures underwater and my kids had a blast using it. Overall, I highly recommend this camera for any kids who love to take pictures underwater. It's a great investment for any family vacation.
