    Excellent Hauslane customer service!

    Our Hauslane 36" Dual Fuel Range in Stainless Steel, 6 Burners up to 20,000 BTU 5.2 cu. ft., Convection Oven with 5 Rack... arrived dented and was unfortunately not functioning properly. We immediately called Hauslane customer service, the apologized and immediately arranged for a replacement and refund of $200 to cover the expense of disconnecting and installing the new oven.The oven is beautiful and is replacing the terrible NXR gas oven the previously had. I can’t vouch for how the oven works until I get the new one, but I can get five stars to Hauslane Customer Service!! P.S. One of the re
