Met my expectations for quality and gunction

so far so good! i didn’t realize how big a 17 inch screen was but the only issue there was finding a laptop bag i liked. so far it was ben easy plug and play and fun process to learn the ins and outs

This computer is not what I expected, everything I try to do I keep getting malware, I’m trying to return this macro because every time I try to use it to do laser engraving is almost impossible to use this computer without all the malware that came with it, if you were respectable you would contact me with a way to return it, I’ve been trying to get through all the malware but I’ve given up I’m wanting a return of my money, please and thank you.Marcus Rancour

Has come in handy for work on the home end! Not touch screen, but don't have that at work either. Been great for the jobs I have needed.

I powered up the computer for the 1st time to put my info in. I just got started and the page fillled up with micro soft stating that the computer was locked for security reactions call this number at micro soft to get the security fixed I called and have been going thru hell every since. My identy has been stolen it’s been a lot of work and cost

I really love this laptop it’s so fast the size is great especially for aging eyes. lol

This product keeps crashing on me and I want a replacement of better quality.One of the worst I have ever owned. I have had more downtime waiting for this laptop to self repair than I have had up time.Update as of 4/20I just received the laptop after they claimed to have fixed it.The failure code was identified as a memory Module 64 failure. The repair receipt reads that the parts replaced was "THERMAL." The same issue still persists.What a failure from HP after they went through all of the time and effort to identify the problem then did not actually fix the problem. Now what I thought was a
