While the computer came properly boxed and labeled and on time...it has the Athlon AMD 712OU processor...not the Intel 4500 as pictured in the Amazon description. First off, I'm a school teacher...not a computer "geek" or knowledgeable about the differences in the "working guts" of a laptop. But my web research shows that both are good, budget friendly cpu units, with the Athlon actually being a little faster. So for $300 bucks...I'm completely satisfied with the product and seller. But if you are particular about certain features or brands, then you may want to make sure the product you order

It's functional and does what it's supposed to do. But it kinda feels cheap and no touch-screen.

This laptop is exactly what you would expect for the money. Meaning, it’s completely average. If you have too much open, it will definitely lag, even with 16GB. The network card is not good. I have great WiFi in my house; and this laptop lags like crazy for any video calls. Battery life is fine. The screen quality is good and storage is fine. Luckily, this was relatively inexpensive so I’m not shocked.

HP is going downhill. Brand new & it keeps dimming. I bought large screen so I could see it better, but the quality of the visual is poor. Only 1 USB plugin so I can't plug in a flash drive when my supposed Bluetooth mouse (which still has to be plugged in) is plugged in. For the price, this laptop is junk! Very disappointed. I threw away the box, because I've never had a problem with HP laptops before & being new, it should work like a charm. The charge doesn't last as long as my old laptop did.
